This policy explains cookies, similar storage and optional external content on 3DSkillUp. It complements the Privacy Policy, which covers hosting logs, analytics, email enquiries and your data-protection rights.
Ordinary browsing does not require you to accept advertising or analytics cookies. The site’s own application does not set them. Netlify Web Analytics works on the server. An embedded YouTube player connects only when you choose to activate that video.

2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values saved by a browser and sent with certain later requests. Browser storage, such as localStorage or IndexedDB, can retain information without using cookies. Identifiers and data linked to them may be personal data even when they do not contain your name.
Temporary application memory, an ordinary browser cache and a server request log are different from a tracking cookie. They can still involve information that needs appropriate privacy protection. Whether prior consent is necessary depends on the actual technology and purpose, not simply on calling a service “cookieless”.
3. What the current site uses

There are no active newsletter forms, MailerLite scripts, Google Analytics tags or advertising pixels in this application. It does not use the old site’s WordPress login or comment cookies. We do not set a cookie to remember video consent or store a consent choice for 12 months.
Netlify’s ordinary browser caching and server-side Web Analytics should not be confused with its separate client-side Real User Monitoring feature. This release does not add a Real User Monitoring script.
4. YouTube choices
A tutorial’s video notice explains the external connection before it is made. You have two alternatives:
- Leave the player inactive and continue reading, or follow the clearly labelled external link to watch on YouTube.
- Choose Allow YouTube and play to connect that player using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain,
youtube-nocookie.com.
Activation allows Google/YouTube to receive your IP address, browser information, referring site and playback activity. Cookies or similar browser storage may be used by the player or related services. Privacy-enhanced mode limits some personalization; it does not mean that the player is disconnected from Google or never processes personal data. See Google’s Privacy Policy, its explanation of cookies and the YouTube embed documentation.
Use Stop and remove YouTube player beside the active video to withdraw permission for that connection. The player is removed and will not be reloaded by the page unless you choose again. Other videos are not enabled automatically. Reloading or leaving the page also ends that activation; permission is not remembered for future visits.
Stopping a video cannot reverse data already transmitted or delete storage belonging to Google. Its identifiers and storage lifetimes can vary with playback, account status and browser settings, so this policy does not assign them an invented fixed expiry. You can inspect and remove that storage through your browser and manage your Google account privacy controls.
5. Consent and browser controls
Scrolling, continuing to browse, opening this policy or closing a notice does not amount to consent. You can read the site and use its local tools without activating a YouTube player. We use a notice at the point of video activation rather than asking everyone to accept optional cookies on entry to the site.
You can view, block or delete cookies and other site data using your browser settings. Official guidance is available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Blocking third-party storage may affect an activated video; it is not required to read the article.
Old cookies left by an earlier version of this site can remain in your browser until their expiry or until you delete them. Their presence does not mean this version creates or uses them, and updating the site does not automatically remove them.
6. Updates and questions
