These Terms and Conditions explain the use of 3DSkillUp, its public content and its browser tools. They apply to this website; purchases and asset licences are also governed by the terms presented for the particular transaction. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. What 3DSkillUp provides
The site offers a catalog of 3D assets and bundles, including models, PBR materials and HDRIs; previews and descriptions; educational articles and guides; links to external stores and platforms; and browser utilities such as the Normal Map Converter.
Browsing and the available local tools do not require an account or purchase. There is no on-site shopping cart, payment checkout, visitor account system or newsletter subscription. Public posts can be followed through the RSS feed.
A preview, example scene or tutorial does not mean that every item pictured is included in an asset package. Review the individual listing and the marketplace’s current package details before purchasing.
3. Purchases and asset licences
Purchase links identify the external marketplace where checkout takes place. Before buying, check the current price, taxes, package contents, file formats, software compatibility, licence, seller identity and applicable support and refund arrangements on that platform.
The relevant marketplace and transaction terms govern payment, access and delivery. Where Francesco Saviano is the seller or asset creator, his applicable obligations remain in place; referring a purchase to an external platform is not a blanket exclusion of seller responsibility or your statutory rights.
A purchased or separately downloaded asset may have its own licence, including permissions for commercial use. These website terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by that asset licence. Conversely, viewing or saving a website preview does not grant a licence to redistribute or resell the underlying asset.
For order assistance, include the marketplace, product name and the minimum order information needed to identify your request. Do not email card details or account passwords.
4. Website content and intellectual property
Site text, original images, designs and other materials belong to Francesco Saviano or their respective rights holders, unless a different licence is stated. Third-party software names, trademarks, screenshots, fonts and icons remain subject to the rights and licences of their owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
You may browse the site, link to its public pages and use the knowledge in its tutorials in your own work. Quotation and other uses permitted by law remain permitted. If a resource includes a separate licence, follow that licence.
Unless a licence, permission or legal exception allows it, you must not republish substantial website content, distribute the site’s downloadable files as your own product, resell preview images, misrepresent authorship or use the 3DSkillUp brand to suggest a partnership that does not exist. Ask us if you need permission for a use that is not already covered.
5. Browser tools and your files
The Normal Map Converter is a utility for changing the green-channel convention of supported normal maps. It does not establish that an image is a correctly authored normal map, repair a faulty bake or guarantee compatibility with every renderer. Check the supported formats, size limits and instructions on the tool page.
Only select files you are entitled to process. Keep the original, inspect the generated result and test it in your intended software before using it in a production project. Browser capabilities and available memory can affect processing.
Processing is local to your browser; selecting a file does not upload it to our server or transfer ownership of it to us. We claim no rights in your input files or generated outputs by reason of using the tool. Your underlying rights and any third-party licence restrictions still apply. There is no server copy from which we can restore a lost result.
The tool is currently offered without a usage fee. This does not remove any responsibility that the law imposes on the operator.
6. Responsible use
Do not use the website to infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security restrictions or deliberately overload its services. Automated access must respect applicable law and must not impair normal use of the site. Public accessibility is not permission to evade technical access controls or claim ownership of protected content.
Reasonable security measures may be used to prevent abuse and protect availability. They are not intended to restrict legitimate data-protection requests or other statutory rights.
7. Tutorials, previews and external services
Tutorials provide general educational guidance. Software versions, import settings and production requirements differ, so results can vary. Product descriptions and compatibility information may change; the current transaction listing should be checked before a purchase. Please report an error so it can be reviewed.
Links to marketplaces, software documentation, YouTube and other websites lead to independently operated services with their own terms and privacy information. We are responsible for our own content and obligations, but do not control every change made by an external provider.
YouTube players are optional and require your choice before loading. You can remove an activated player using its on-page stop control without losing access to the article.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but maintenance, hosting incidents, network conditions and browser limitations can interrupt access or affect a tool. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that educational guidance will meet every specific production requirement.
Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor does it restrict mandatory consumer rights. It also does not remove obligations arising from a particular purchase, licence or separate agreement.
Keeping backups and checking results helps protect your work; those recommendations do not override legal remedies available to you.
9. Privacy is not blanket consent
The Privacy Policy explains hosting, Netlify Web Analytics, email and optional external content. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage and video choices.
Using the website or reading these terms does not by itself consent to optional tracking, email marketing or every use of personal data. Where consent is required, the relevant feature asks for a separate choice.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Italian law applies to these website terms, subject to mandatory protections that may apply in your country of habitual residence. If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim before a court competent under applicable consumer-jurisdiction rules.
These terms do not impose an exclusive Italian forum on consumers where the law provides otherwise. You may contact us to try to resolve a problem, but doing so is not a condition for exercising legal remedies or contacting a competent authority.
11. Changes and contact
Features and these terms may be updated. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively remove rights acquired under an earlier purchase or licence; that transaction remains governed by its applicable terms and law. Where a change requires notice or express agreement, we will use the process required by law.
